The Workbook contains the same questions as Discussion Paper 2: Approaches for Reform. Feel free to answer all the questions or just the ones that interest you.

You can complete the Workbook online by clicking on the topics below. You can provide comments on all of the topics, or only some. When you complete and submit your comments on a topic, you will be taken back to this page where you can choose to provide input on another topic.
